How likely are younger consumers to switch current account provider?
According to the soon to be published results of our Youth of Today survey, one in five 18-25 year olds is likely to switch current account provider within the next 12 months.
With only 29% of respondents saying they will definitely stay with their current provider, should traditional high street banks be doing more to fight off competition and protect their young client base?
